Yes, all PEI Public Service employment opportunities that are open to the public, as well as those that are open to current employees as outlined in the respective collective agreements, are posted to this website.

Within the Candidate Profile, you can switch from English to French language by selecting your language preference from the upper right-hand corner.
  • Navigate to atlas.workland.com
  • Click "Forgot Password?"
  • Enter your email address and click "Reset password"
  • An email containing an Activation Link will be sent to your email address
  • Click the link, enter your email address, and choose your new password
  • Click "Change Password" and you will be brought to the login page where you can login with your new password
To update the resume saved in your candidate profile for future applications:
  • Login to your candidate profile
  • Click "Documents" and then "Upload new document"
  • Select the document type (eg. Resume), enter the document name, and select your language
  • Click "Select file" and choose the file you wish to upload
  • Click "Upload" and the document should appear in the "Uploaded document(s)" list
  • At this point, you can delete the old document from your profile by hovering your mouse over the title, and then clicking the trash can icon
Documents must be uploaded in .doc, .docx, .pdf, or .txt format and be less than 5MB.
The expiry dates and times are displayed for each job prior to clicking on the job title, as well as in the posting information.

If you began applying for a position but couldn't complete the application, the system will save your progress, including the step you were on and any documents you've already uploaded, allowing you to pick up where you left off.

You can access this by selecting the incomplete job from the job posting board, hitting apply, and using the same email address previously provided. If you already have a candidate account, you can access incomplete applications under the "Jobs Applied" section.

Note: You will only be able to complete an application if the competition is still posted on the job board.

After you apply, you will be brought to a page with a confirmation message. You will also receive an email confirming receipt of your application. In the event you do not receive an email confirmation, please be sure to follow up with us prior to the closing date to ensure receipt of your application.

  • After applying for a position you should have received an activation code to create your candidate account
  • Log in at atlas.workland.com
  • Sign into your account and click on "Documents"
  • Here you will find all of the documents that have been attached to your job applications or that you have uploaded to your profile
  • You can print or download a copy by selecting the document and clicking the paper button in the bottom right-hand corner (next to the Full Screen button)
  • After applying for a position you should have received an activation code to create your candidate account
  • Log in at atlas.workland.com
  • Click on "Jobs applied"
  • Here you will find a listing of all of the job openings that you have submitted an application for, along with the date you applied
  • You can click the Job Posting title to view the job posting details. If you receive a notice that the job has expired, click "No" to continue viewing the posting
  • From here you can view, print, or download the job posting details

When required to submit references, you will receive an email notification with specific directions on what type of references to include. Managing and submitting your references can be done in your Candidate Profile under References.
Navigate to your candidate profile and click "My Interviews". Your interview invitation will appear, and if you click on it, you will see the details along with a "Cancel request" button. Click this button and you will be given an opportunity to enter your reason for cancelling. If possible, you will be sent alternate dates/times to select from.

You can set up Job Alert notifications to be notified when new job opportunities that match your specified criteria are posted. In order to set up a Job Alert, navigate to the Job Board and select "Job Alerts". Choose your job and communication preferences, then enter your email address.
A job alert is an email notification that informs you about new job opportunities that match your specified criteria. When viewing the job board, or individual job posting, you can select Job Alerts, enter your job and communication preferences, and then enter your email address.
